Huge Fundraiser for H-BC's Trenton Bass in Fulda Friday night
Coming up on Friday night (9/29), Fulda High School is holding a fundraiser for Hills-Beaver Creek football player Trenton Bass during the Fulda vs Hills-Beaver Creek football game. Bass severely hurt his neck during the Patriots football game on September 8th. That same night, he underwent surgery to repair two broken vertebrae.
During Friday night’s football game in Fulda, there will be a free will donation meal of Pork Loin, Green Bean Casserole, Potato Salad, Dinner Roll, dessert and drink with serving to begin in the Fulda High School Cafeteria at 4:30 pm until Kickoff of the football game at 7 pm.
There will also be a Silent Auction during the football game with the bidding to begin at 4:30 pm Friday night at the Football Field Garage, right next to the ticket entrance.
A large number of items have been donated: a Minnesota Vikings Harrison Smith Autographed Jersey, A 3-hour guided Ice Fishing Tour in Brainerd, a Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor signed football, a Torii Hunter signed baseball, a signed football from former NFL Quarterback and Analyst Ron Jaworski, a signed hat by Andrew Wiggins of the Minnesota Timberwolves, Hotel and Buffet Package to Grand Falls Casino in Larchwood (IA), a Mall of America Family Fun Pack and much more.

Bids can be made for those NOT attending by sending an email to Fulda Athletic Director Colby Pack at Colby.email@example.com with the item you want to bid on and the highest bid you want to go on that item. They will have people in charge of placing bids for the people that cannot make it that night. Winning bidders who are not in attendance will be emailed by Monday morning to arrange pickup and payment.

Along with the Silent Auction there will also be a raffle on Friday night for a number or prizes including Tickets to Wild Water West, Subs from the Subway in Adrian, Nickelodeon Universe wristbands, a $20 Gift Certificate from W-2’s Quality Meats, Golfing from the Adrian Country Club, lots of apparel from area schools and much more.

Raffle Tickets can be purchased both before the game and at the football game on Friday night. 1 ticket for $5, 3 for $10 or 8 tickets for $20. The Tickets will be drawn at halftime of the football game. You can still buy a ticket even if you will not be in attendance as a prize will be picked out for you if you have a winning ticket.
