DeCock signs with Iowa Lakes

Red Rock Central senior Jeff DeCock has signed a letter of intent to attend Iowa Lakes Community College and play basketball for the Lakers Men's Basketball team.

DeCock, a 6'2" senior guard, scored 1,376 points in his varsity career with the Falcons, 2nd most in school history.  DeCock set a school record for points in a game with 42.  During his senior season, DeCock averaged 22 points per game, 6.5 rebounds, 5.6 assists and 2 steals a game.

Iowa Lakes Head Coach Troy Larson said: "Jeff is a very athletic guard who can play numerous positions.  His versatility has allowed him to be a very good high school player.  He is a great young man who I am looking forward to coaching."

Jeff DeCock is the son of Doug and Sandy DeCock.  He joins Worthington Trojan standout Morgan Traylor is this year's Lakers recruiting class.
