Region 13C Amateur Baseball Tournament field has been set

The matchup have been set for the Region 13C Amateur Baseball playoffs which will begin on Wednesday. The Jackson Bulls are the #1 seed and will face the #8 seed Adrian Athletics in a best-of-three series. Game 1 is in Jackson on Wednesday night with Game 2 in Adrian Friday night and if needed Game 3 would be back in Jackson Sunday afternoon

The Wilmont Cardinals are the #2 seed and will face the #7 seeded Martin County Foxes in a best-of-three series. Game 1 will be in Truman on Wednesday night with Game 2 in Wilmont Saturday afternoon and if needed Game 3 will be back in Wilmont on Sunday

The Luverne Redbirds are the #3 seed and will face #6 seed Milroy Irish in a best-of-three series. Game 1 will be in Pipestone on Wednesday night with Game 2 Saturday afternoon at the Irish Yard in rural Milroy. If needed Game 3 would be back in Pipestone on Sunday

The Fairmont Martins are the #4 seed and will face the #5 seeded Hadley Buttermakers in a best-of-three series. Game 1 is in Fairmont Wednesday night with Game 2 Saturday afternoon in Hadley with Game 3 if necessary in Fairmont on Sunday

Each team can select a player who can only pitch from an already eliminated team.

Luverne took Alex Meyer of the Heron Lake Lakers
Fairmont chose Dustin Pronk of the Lakefield Horned Frogs
Hadley took Scott Christopher of the Lakefield Horned Frogs
Milroy took Anthony Rohlik of the Tracy Express
Martin County took Andrew Hirsch of the Windom Pirates
Adrian chose Ryan Swanson of the Worthington Cubs
